Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the location, spacious layout, outdoor seating area, and the home’s ability to comfortably accommodate larger groups. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. There is a rooster and a goose next door, which are part of the character of this foothills area. In our experience, they are not especially loud, but we understand that noise sensitivity varies from guest to guest. Unfortunately, neighboring animals are outside of our control. Regarding the comment about neighborhood noise, we did not receive any reports from other neighbors about a loud party during that time. We have lived here since 2013 and have never personally experienced this neighborhood as loud. In fact, we consider it a very nice, quiet, and safe area. We also respectfully disagree with the description of the home as “run down.” Our home is a two-story property with two separate living areas. While the upstairs has some original cabinets and countertops, many areas of the home have been updated. The downstairs kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, sink, faucet, and dishwasher. The upstairs range was replaced last year, and we also have newer washer and dryer units. Our KitchenAid refrigerator and dishwasher are in good condition, the upstairs furniture is in good condition, and the downstairs flooring is only a few years old. We do not have exposed wiring or rusty fixtures. That said, this is not a brand-new modern remodel in every room, and we always want to be as transparent as possible about that. We believe the home offers strong value for the nightly rate, especially given the size, two separate living spaces, location near Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon, and pet-friendly accommodations. We appreciate your stay and your comments, and we will continue working to make sure future guests have clear expectations and a great experience.
