Plus two sofa beds upstairs in the cozy living room and adjacent Captains Quarters Room. Full Kitchen, with full size Side by Side Stainless Refrigerator/Freezer and Separate Ice Maker! Enjoy all of your creature comforts your accustomed too on this well appointed 55' Bluewater Yacht including Keureg, Ninja Air Fryer, Central A/C, Electric Fireplace and Heater! Residential hot water heater for the full shower and yes your very own bathtub aboard the this magnificent hide-away! The layout features the guest bedroom with 2 comfy full beds on the split lower level along with a Queen Master Suite and Full Master Bathroom. Guests will love the tranquil island vibe as they relax on the water, soaking in the serene surrounding and morning Sunrise and breathtaking Sunsets. Those seeking adventure can dip the included kayaks or paddleboards right off the boat and take in nature and wildlife regularly spotting families of manatees, duckbill platypus, dolphin. Once you start to see the snook and redfish popping the surface of the water, you know its time to grab a couple fishing rods (also located on the boat) and toss a line in. Your certain to catch enough to keep for dinner since the bait shop with live shrimp and other baitfish is less than 5 min away! Then throw your fresh catch on the Stainless Gas Grill on the rear/transom, while partaking in your favorite beverages while catching a South Florida Sunset like no other! If catching your dinner is not on the menu, take a very short stroll down the dock to our amazing gem of a Tiki Bar that serves up top notch fresh seafood and delicious cocktails at very reasonable prices! The Tiki has the perfect laid back vibe...never too crowded, but enough crowd to have a romantic waterfront dinner date or bump into your new best friend or date for the evening! There is also a laid back interior section of the Tiki that features coin op pool table. There is also an outdoir pool, sun deck and cornhole boards located next to the Tiki. Guests are allowed to use the Hotel lobby restrooms which are always spotless and well stocked. There is also an Arcarde on premises...air hockey anyone?? There is ample safe and well lit parking on the property which is less than 20 steps from parking lot to stepping aboard the yacht. If traveling by airplane/jet, the Yacht is less than 5 min uber ride from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. Another bonus of the location is watching the commercial and private jets flying super close by while taking off/landing, which is a really cool part of the whole experience. In addition to the airport, just about anything you want/need is either walking distance or within 5-10 min ride, including several nice gas stations including a WaWa (IYKYK) as well as grocery, numerous restaurants, major shopping etc...but dont get caught up doing too much normal day to day stuff as you will start to hear the excellent Live Music 7 evenings a week starting around Cocktail hour and going to around 10pm. The music can be heard at just the right volume (not too loud, but enough to hear the songs/words...but can not hear anything while inside the boat with the doors closed) Jam along to a variety of favorites while relaxing on any of the many hang out decks/areas on the exterior of boat whether thats the lower back deck, spacious upper main deck, Enormous front bow with built-in sun loungers or get a little Capt'n in you and hang out on the upper Flybridge/Cockpit with seating for 6 and dock-yacht your way into Margaritaville without ever leaving the dock. If the live music stops before you are ready too...No Worries Mon'...link up to the on-board Bluetooth Sound System and keep jamming until you drift away to where you want to go!!
