"St. Barth" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access.

You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go.

We enjoyed this cute property very much! So close to the beach and a lovely private pool with lots of seating options and a high quality table and umbrella for shade. Sitting by the pool with morning coffee was a delight! The beach cart and chairs made things easy. Well stocked kitchen!

We had a great stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and they were very responsive whenever we had a question. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the pool was a highlight, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area and beach. Our only minor complaint was the linens, but the host addressed it quickly. Overall, a very nice experience and we’d happily stay again.

We had a lot of fun at this property. It’s a few steps from the beach and has an amazing pool. The property is new and well maintained and Stephen made sure that we had everything we needed.

This house was perfect for what we wanted for our anniversary. Outside electric plug in for our golf cart, nice and clean. The pool was a huge bonus we loved it, we did the St. Barth condo with private pool. Beds were comfy, outside area was perfect, close enough to beach 2 blocks away, food and entertainment is relatively close. Bridge St is a short drive down the road. It was nice, peaceful and quiet. Would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.

Wow wow wow! We absolutely love this house and with the private pool. Thank you Stephan for treating us like VIP, seriously the best we have ever been taking care of.
