You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Originally built as a dairy barn this loft suite includes spacious ceilings, handmade wood elements, and vintage eclectic charm. Private entrance from the large upstairs covered patio, so you can enjoy outdoor living anytime of year. This suite includes a third floor bedroom, a loft space with two twin beds, and a pull out queen bed couch. 1 mile to Bemus Point Center and close to many other area amenities.

Host was very responsive and very accommodating for our Christmas getaway! The place was very rustic (our vibe) and very clean. It was equipped with more than enough to cook, eat, clean without having to buy anything else besides the actual food to cook. Heat and hot water was available, worked wonders, and lasts to keep us warm this brutal winter!

We were very happy with our stay. The listing was accurate and the house instructions and functionality of everything was great. The location worked well for our time near Jamestown and the apartment was quiet and comfortable. There was good space for our dog with the nice-sized yard- "plenty of sniffs".

The place was neat and tidy. The host answered our questions promptly. We wish it was a little warmer as there were wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy weather permitting. What a wonderful weekend.

Cozy Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying at the Barn in Bemus Point! The place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed venturing out to experience local restaurants and shops. We’re looking forward to visiting again!

Great spot in Bemus Point

The barn is a very nice basic stay spot. The place is cozy, the kitchen amenities are generous, and the bedroom very comfortable. Our stay was in winter, but I am sure the porch area would be a nice hangout in warm weather. The owners were very helpful when the place got a bit cold, raising the temperature remotely. You’re not very close to the lake or the town at this property, but you will enjoy the peace and quiet if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great location!

Great location to the snowmobiling trails, in a quiet neighborhood that is snowmobile friendly. Open floor plan makes it a great gathering space allowing to spread out with plenty of room for your gear etc while enjoying time with family or friends.

Could Not Have Been Better!

We stayed here for 5 days for a wedding in Mayville. The location is absolutely wonderful! It’s quiet with lots of space and privacy.

I love the area, it’s quiet and peaceful and there are lots of things to do all year! It’s also a perfect retreat when you just want to get away from it all.

Our property was originally a dairy barn and converted to a house sometime in the 70’s. It’s charming and eclectic and massive!
