Beautiful Beachy 2-bedroom 1.5 bath townhome in Gulf Highlands, PC Beach
Stay comfortably in this marvelous 2-bedroom townhome, beautifully decorated and updated. Guests will find a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed spread across the bedrooms, plus a cool living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. One and a 1/2 bathrooms make getting ready easy, with the main bath featuring a walk-in refreshing shower and nice linens. Hair dryer in each bathroom. All soaps, shampoo/conditioner, cubes for dishwasher and washer provided for your stay as well as ample garbage bags, paper towels and toilet tissue. Just bring your clothes, food and drinks. Complete beach closet with chairs, wagon, toys, floats for the beach and pool. The townhome keeps a nice temperature year-round with heating and AC. Whether relaxing after a day out at the beach or one of the 11 swimming pools or preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen and gas grill out back, this spot offers a welcoming vibe for all. We hope you enjoy what our place and the beautiful Panama City Beach have to offer.

I grew up with my family vacationing for many years in PCB. I have always loved the white sandy beach, the crystal blue water so I jumped at the chance to own a place there in 2021. Even though I can't be there full time, it sure is nice when I can be there.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
I always liked to visit friends in Gulf Highlands and loved the location on the East end. There are so many restaurants, bars, ice cream shoppes, beach stores, the zoo and many fun things to do. GH's has 11 swimming pools, the miniature golf and of course the beautiful 5 min walk to the beach and clubhouse.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
I have updated the bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, and appliances. I have always disliked renting a place that didnt provide ample supplies such as laundry detergent, liquid dish washing soap, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags etc. With my place you will find ample supplies of these items plus a few more. My beach closet is loaded with items for adults and children to take to the pool or beach. Mini golf is outside my back door and golf clubs/balls are in the beach closet. I love my townhouse and enjoy spending as much time there as I can.
