Resort-like living in a bright and comfortable, well-appointed 2-bedroom 2-bath upstairs unit located in the center of the high-end, upscale Biltmore area at The Cloisters Condo Community.
The living room has large windows with plenty of natural light, a 65" smart TV (w/Cox cable), an Alexa, and plenty of comfortable seating.
The spacious main bedroom with king-sized bed has a large walk-in Closet by Design, a 55" smart tv, a desk, and a private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed has a nice-sized walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower/tub.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and a new stacked washer/dryer. There is private balcony patio space off the kitchen. The dining area has a comfortable dining table with 6 chairs and wet bar. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes (including wine and cocktail glasses), utensils and basic pantry items like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, and cooking oil.
Other amenities â High speed wireless internet; Living room smart TV (w/Cox cable, Showtime, HBO) and Alexa; main bedroom smart TV; washer/dryer; Iron & board; bedroom linens and towels; pool float and beach towels; hairdryer provided. One assigned covered parking spot and guest parking spots available.
Important Details - Sleeps up to 4 adults. Max overnight guests 4. Minimum age limit for renters (age 25). Children welcome (age 10-17; unit not baby-proofed). No pets (condo community rule). No events/parties allowed. This is a smoke-free home. No smoking permitted in unit or patio. Not handicapped accessible. Minimum 2 nights stay. Maximum 180 nights stay. $200 cleaning fee included in the pricing.
On-site Details - Enjoy the 2 heated, 2 hot tubs, an exercise center, lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, a tea-room that can be reserved for parties and walking paths throughout the property. This second floor unit has a private balcony patio and out of the front door is a stylish courtyard with fountain and BBQ grill.
The condo community has a private gated guard entry with direct access to one of Phoenixâs most upscale malls, the Biltmore Fashion Park, where you can walk to the finest shops like Saks Fifth Avenue, Anthropologie, Alo, Lululemon, J. Crew, Williams Sonoma, Sephora, Max Cosmetics, Macyâs with Starbuckâs Coffee Shop, and restaurants like Capital Grill, Obon Bisutoro, Pomo Pizza, Blanco Tacos, Zinburger, Seasonâs 52, True Food Kitchen, and Cheesecake Factory to name a few.
