Loved EVERYTHING!!! The Sanctuary Den was stunning! Loved the decor, location, and cleanliness. We had an amazing time. I look forward visiting Sanford again and staying at the den :)

This was a gem, cute little cottage, perfect for our weekend stay in April 2026. Very nicely decorated, modern had all we needed. Would definitely recommend it!

The property was very homey and relaxing, all the amenities you could ask for to feel right at home. the host was very nice and just a sweet down to earth lady! She gave us our space to relax and come and go without feeling hovered over, but was so very friendly and welcoming when we did see her. The bed was comfortable, the towels and dishes provided were fantastic quality! The location was quiet and still close to everything you would need from town. Getting around in this area was easy enough, not to congested on the roads. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone in town on vacation or for work!!!!! Every single day here was an absolute joy!

The stay was great. Clean and perfect location for our event in Sanford. Check in was hassle free as well as check out. Will definately return if we need another Sanford stay. Thanks again!

Not only is this the cleanest place I’ve stayed, it is well equipped with pretty much all your needs for your stay. It is as aesthetically pleasing as pictured. Sherise, is welcoming and attentive, while providing all the space/privacy you need. She offers upgrade packages! You want groceries done? Give her the list and when you arrive everything will be waiting for you. Have something in mind that’s not listed? Ask her, I’m sure she’ll do her best to make it happen. The outdoor space is pleasing with multiple seating options and lawn games. Oh and you’re a quick drive to the river.

Sherise is an amazing host with great communication. Everything about this cottage was fantastic. Everything was very clean and there were little extras around. We forgot our charging block but there were USB and USB-C plugs throughout the space. I loved the motion censored lighting in the kitchen and bathroom spaces. It was gentle lighting that popped on and was really helpful when dark. We highly recommend a stay here.We were attending an event in Downtown Sanford. It was a comfortable, leisurely 30 minute walk for us.
