This home is new. It has a home felt modern look to it while being conveniently functional with an elegant touch. Designed with a spacious open floor plan perfect for larger gatherings inside, but can drift to the outside as well in any weather conditions. The back patio area was outstanding. Plenty of covered space to enjoy the outdoor weather while visiting, entertaining, cooking, watching tv, etc...The pool and hot spa under the lanai were absolutely perfect! Well combined elegance, and functionality. The 4th bedroom, full bath/Cabana was nice feature. Private, but yet situated for open use from the poolside as well. Being on the canal was a first for us as a family. There is a nice new dock with a boat launch and also a lower platform for launching smaller vessels, canoe, kayak, etc..Although, we did not take adavntage of the two provided kayaks, we will definitely plan to next time. We spent so much of our days pool side soaking up the sun and beautiful weather that we just ran out of time for the canal.The garage space with the xbox console and other games for entertainment was very cool. Even though our two kids are 16 and 19, we still engaged in playing some Xbox together on a couple occasions.This house was everything and more than advertised. Spotless and very well equipped from kitchen appliances and hardware to bath accessories and toiletries. Everything worked as new! Very spacious! Could comfortably sleep 10-12 if needed.10/10&5 Star for sure!
