Stunning modern waterfront oasis is the perfect getaway. Faces west for a gorgeous sunset every day. Extremely private location with no noise or light pollution. Location is on the South Spreader Canal 200' of water with mangrove trees.

Completely renovated with a well appointed chef's kitchen overlooking panoramic views of the canal and luscious tropical landscape. Water views from almost every room. Take a walk up the spiral staircase to the loft to enjoy pristine views of the water and miles of mangroves. Immerse yourself in the private screened in pool/spa with a zero depth entry and cascading waterfall or enjoy fishing from the pier.

With almost 3,000 sq. feet of living space under air and a total of 5,487 sq. feet, this is the perfect property to bring friends and family.

Open to a seasonal rental January through March, inquire about discount for longer stays over 28 days.

FEES:

Property protection of $5,000 per stay is $119 per stay

Electric use: A fee of $20 a day will be collected for electric.

We love coming back to this beautiful villa surrounded by nature. Well maintained, clean, equipped and spacious. Great pool with slow descent. Great communication with the owner. If you run into an issue, he responds immediately and takes care of it. Come, lay back and enjoy the sun.

We're coming back later this year! That's the best rating. It's nice, cozy, clean, spacious, homey house, well equipped and maintained with beautiful heated pool from which you can watch breathtaking sunsets over mangrove marshes. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. Thank you David for your hospitality. See you soon again.

Great option

Excellent property and communication with the owner. The neighborhood is quiet and it was fun to watch the boat traffic on the canal, lots of waving and smiles. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of pool toys to use (even for adults) as well as bikes and fun things in the garage.The only thing we didn't realize is that two bedrooms are connected with a bathroom (Jack and Jill style) so two of us used the "pool" bathroom, which was fine (we had 3 adult couples).This is one of the best rentals we have had in Cape Coral, highly recommend.Fantastic location and verneneighborhood.

The house was so beautiful just like the pictures show on Vrbo.really enjoyed the lanai. There was 8 adults. Very comfortable . We had an amazing time. Great location . The owner was extremely easy to work with. Look no further book this beautiful house. You won’t be disappointed. We would definitely rent this house again.

The perfect vacation

We stayed at this wonderful house for a friend spring break trip. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 3 kids (7-10). Everything was absolutely amazing. We walked into a pristinely clean house in the most beautiful neighborhood. The house is modern, sleek, and very spacious. There was ample seating for everyone to have space to relax. The pool was beautiful. It had a zero entryway, spa, deep end and water fall. The pool deck was comfortable and relaxing. Again, plenty of poolside seats to Sunbathe. There were a few tubes and toys that the kids loved to play with. There was a dock off the property where the kids and hubbies had fun fishing. We caught catfish, tuna, and stingrays. The renters had fishing poles in the garage to use. One day we took the supplied bikes to cape harbor for smoothies at the juicery. It was about a 15 min bike ride that the kids loved. The renters also had many beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards that we used at fort myers beach, Cape Coral beach and Sanibel. Dave was easily accessible to reach with any questions and responded promptly. We are already planning our next trip back to this amazing property. Five stars is not enough to describe this property.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Die Kommunikation war einfach und immer gut. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und abends kann man einen schönen Sonnenuntergang erleben. Sehr ruhige Ecke. Nette und freundliche Nachbarn. Alles in einem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
