We had an amazing stay! The house was comfortable and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. We truly felt welcomed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

The property badly needs some TLC. There is an electrical outlet behind the sofa bed in the living area which is not secured to the wall and has exposed cabling, the air conditioning units have been installed by opening the inwdoe and then stuffing plastic sheeting and cardboard around them. The floor in the living area is damaged as is the ceiling. No bedding was provided for the sofa bed which we had to use as we booked for 5 people. Electric heater in the bathroom was damaged and had exposed wiring. Only positive thing I can say is that floors and bathroom were reasonably clean, although walls and furniture were most definitely not.Also, we had arranged for a late checkout at 1pm due today having an early evening flight out of JFK prior to me booking this apartment, on the night of our stay after we checked in I received a message stating the latest we could check out was 12pm due to a change of circumstances and them now having a guest checking in that day. Thankfully we only booked this for one night as it is in a convenient location for JFK airport. I would have left and checked in somewhere else if we had booked for more than one night. Avoid.

Property was clean, comfortable, and well located next to a deli and convenience store. If you plan on going to the city, be aware it is a substantial commute by bus/subway.

The main bedroom sheets smelled like they had not been washed. The interior of the house was also pretty warm/humid with only the main bedroom having a window A/C unit. The other rooms had to share one box fan,
