"Jax Joint" - 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath, plus a loft - This property is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends to gather. Relax on the porch which provides seating area with wrought-iron table, chairs and charcoal grill for grilling out. The dock has one covered boat slip and a jet ski port available for the renter's use. 2 paddle boards for guests' use. Pet-Friendly.
Amenities include: 2 paddle boards, fire pit, wifi internet
Water at the dock is too low to pull a boat in at 505 msl. Check the water levels in the off season if you plan on bringing a boat. To get the levels, google "Smith Lake water levels". One boat slip (9x22) and jet ski port for guest's use. No power on the dock. Approximately 35 steps to the dock.

Bedroom 2: Full size bed - main level - (washer and dryer in the bedroom)
Loft: Queen size bed
Sleeps 6 in beds. Max Occupancy: 8.
Wifi available. No dishwasher or ice maker. ( Pet-Friendly.
NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
