It’s just a block from Forrest Preserve, where you can explore trails and bike paths right outside your door. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive to downtown and the beautiful lakefront beaches.

This cozy estate has plenty of space for a family of seven, including kids. If you need a bit more room, there are two extra sleeping spots available, just in case. With two cozy bedrooms and a clean bathroom, guests find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Simple touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience to your stay. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended visit, this terrific estate offers a peaceful retreat. Host was great at communicating throughout the process. House was perfect. Great yard for the dogs and looks to be recently updated and very clean. Wasn’t a fan of being forced into the insurance or they take a big deposit when you book but don’t know if that is this listing or a VRBO thing. Still besides that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

The home has a washer and dryer in the basement and if only offered upon request. We had several communication throughout the booking and laundry was never requested or inquired about.
