Get ready to relax in this modern 2-bedroom condo in Sarasota, on Lido Key with a beautiful western view of the gulf. The space features two bedrooms with views of the beach and the gulf. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a full bathroom, with a bath tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with a full bathroom and a generous shower.
The open space concept of the living room, dining room and kitchen makes life very convivial, with a view of the beach from every corner. The windows in the open space can open all the way, creating a wonderful feeling of being outside. In addition, the condo has a small terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, towels, china, glasses, cutlery and all the necessary items to make it a great vacation place. Bathroom and linens are included in the rental.
The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. It is walking distance from St Armand Circle and a short drive from downtown Sarasota. And enjoy the recently renovated pool, spa and lounge area before you enter onto one of the prettiest beaches in Florida!
