Featuring a full basement - complete with a large family room, vintage video game console, and an entertainment center - our home is perfect for both group get-togethers and quiet relaxation. The basement`s unique low ceilings enhance the inviting ambiance, however, guests over 6ft might find it a snug fit.

Let the spacious dining room tempt you to home-cooked meals and endless conversations, while the welcoming entryway/library area invites tranquil moments with a good book. Stay connected and charged with bedside lamps that offer in-built plugs and USB ports!

Experience year-round comfort with our centralized air conditioning and heating system. For winter sports enthusiasts, we have designed a dedicated rack for ski and snowboard storage, complete with a drying area for your wet gear. A washer-dryer unit adds to your convenience, making sure you always have fresh clothes for your adventures.

Our fully-stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary delights, offering a Keri coffee machine with an assortment of coffees, teas, and creamers too! After a long, exhilarating day, sink into the plush sofas or comfy beds to enjoy your favorite shows on our Smart TVs.

To make your stay hassle-free, we also offer items for our younger guests, such as a highchair and a playpen. Please ask in advance to ensure availability.

Indulge in the privacy of your own retreat with our keyless check-in system, equipped with a unique code for each guest. Our quaint backyard space, while slightly rustic, reflects Nevada`s authentic charm and provides the perfect setting for a breath of fresh air.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping any substances inside home, no parties or events, no extra unregistered guests overnight. Quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Extra charge for early check-in’s and they are on a case by case basis depend on the availability. If available the fee for early check in is $75. Payment must be approved and received before door code updates are made.
