This private and quiet vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new, stainless-steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. With all of the basic cooking necessities and a spacious dining area, you can enjoy relaxing meals at home with your family and friends. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa that allows additional sleeping space.



Each bedroom has comfortable beds, Smart TVs and plenty of clothing storage space. The newly remodeled bathrooms feature beautiful tile walls and glass showers -- luxury to say the least!



When you aren't strolling the beautiful beaches nearby, unwind by the newly remodeled pool in the backyard of your stunning vacation home. The backyard also features a firepit, charcoal grill and outdoor dining area - perfect for making lifelong memories!



This house is the back unit of a beach house duplex. There are 2 separate houses in the duplex. Each house is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire unit including private entrance and free parking in driveway.

If you're planning a getaway with a large group and need more space, please contact us to get information about booking both spaces.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire private front unit including the outdoor area and shared pool.

Parking is not allowed on the street.

The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.

Overflow parking is not available.

The pool is shared between both units of the home. The pool is unheated.

The pool access door is from the right side of the house.



Other Things to Note:

If you have a larger party or want to enjoy the space with family, the front unit is also offered for rent, based on availability, and sleeps 8 people. Please contact host for more details.

Ice maker:

These components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.



The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.



Please note that the pool is unheated and shared between the 2 units.
