La maison est dans un emplacement de premier choix avec Riviera Ville directe, îles Anglo-Normandes et vue sur l'océan, et est une courte promenade pittoresque de State Street et à quelques minutes à pied de la Mission. Caractéristiques de la maison comprennent vue de la terrasse, salon et chambre des maîtres, un plafond voûté, et planchers de bois franc. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bains privative et accès à l'extérieur. Petit chalet des invités ajoute un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Fabulous outdoor space with views!

We loved staying here. The location is great. There are multiple outdoor spaces outside the house to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. The place was super clean and nicely appointed. I loved having the extra spices in the cupboard and the water filter pitcher. The king bed and pillows were so comfortable. We could walk to the Mission, the Santa Barbara Bowl (which is great because parking is a challenge), and the beautiful hotel up the road. The bathrooms had everything we needed - soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. One note: there are a total of 24 steps to get up to the front door. Jennifer, our host, was a delight to work with. She was super responsive if we had a question and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We rent a lot and I give this place a thumbs up.

Wonderful home

We stayed here for a month and enjoyed it tremendously. The house was very comfortable for four of us, with generous outside and inside spaces. The location and view are exceptional. We had a problem with the heat, but Jen bent over backwards to resolve it as quickly as possible, and she was very responsive when we had other questions. We would definitely choose this place again if we came back to Santa Barbara.

Have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Lower Riviera. Your home is in a great location, close to downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again the next time I am in the area. Thank you for helping to make my "work vacation" a lot more enjoyable.

Tranquil Santa Barbara Gem!

Such a sweet home in such a peaceful neighborhood. This was the perfect place to unwind and relax, far above the city lights of bustling Santa Barbara, just a short stroll to the Mission or beautiful El Encanto. If you want quick access to the beach and city but a refuge away from it all, this is the spot! Cozy and charming. We have stayed all over Santa B and Montecito. Our favorite neighborhood by far!

Santa Barbara Lower Riviera Home

Tucked into a hillside neighborhood, this house is fully equipped with two full bedrooms, two bathrooms and an enchanting cabin in the back garden. The open kitchen is built to entertain and to comfortably prepare any of your meals. The living area is composed of a grand room where dining room, kitchen and indoor living area combined provides a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere to share and engage in one or many conversations, yet also allowing you to retreat in a chaise lounge and read your favorite book. From the living room you can step outside into a fabulous deck overlooking the east side of the city and the ocean. Just a few blocks away, is Franceschi’s park, an 18-acre park donated to the city by a renowned horticulturist by that name. We drove up to the park to see the full moonrise, to find out the next day that it’s equally enjoyable (if not more) to watch it right from the house’s deck while you sip on a glass of wine with homemade h’ordeuvres. A separate gated terrace sits on the right side of the property as you step out of the main door, providing a perfect place to take in the view while being undisturbed by others. We highly recommend staying at this property. It’s a quick drive into town, the harbor and many of the beaches. We really enjoyed Santa Barbara from this private haven. It is home away from home, which is why we’re coming back again this spring. Whether it’s a UCSB graduation, a wedding, or just because–staying at this lower Riviera home in Santa Barbara is great for a romantic getaway, a family reunion or a vacation with friends.

Beautiful serene view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and charming home. We were able to check into the house early which was a life-saver after a very early morning and long drive. The home is beautifully decorated and kitchen was easy to cook in and serve my family. The house provides private eating/entertaining in the backyard and two front patios. The ocean view from the master bedroom, living room and front decks are gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable. This was our second time here and would loved both visits.

Santa Barbara Gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the spectacular view. Lounging on the front patio and watching the sunrise and sunset was such a treat. The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. This property was also in close proximity to all the sights, great restaurants and beaches that made it very convenient. The elegant and five-star Belmond El Encanto Hotel is within walking distance about two blocks away. We actually dined under the stars on the terrace of this hotel restaurant and it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We would definitely recommend this property!
