The Space

Step inside and enjoy the warm charm of a true late-80s/early-90s mountain home — vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, large windows, and an easy, welcoming vibe. The furnishings are comfortable and well-kept, offering a nostalgic style that feels relaxed and refreshing, not fussy or overly modern.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests with:

1 King bedroom (primary) with workspace

2 Queen bedrooms

Sleeper sofa in the living room

2 full bathrooms + a half bath

Gather in the living room around the gas fireplace, cook in the open kitchen with bar seating, or share meals at the large dining table. A huge laundry room makes longer stays comfortable and convenient.

Outdoor Living

The star of the home is the multi-level back deck, surrounded by towering pines and often visited by local deer (though we can’t guarantee their appearance!). With outdoor dining, a grill, and plenty of space, it’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or simply soaking up the quiet forest atmosphere.

The yard backs to a wooded area and offers tranquil views of Northern Arizona’s natural beauty — mountains, pines, and open sky.

This home sits in Flagstaff’s Country Club community, one of the most peaceful and scenic areas in town. Within a mile is one of Northern Arizona’s finest public golf courses, and the neighborhood is perfect for morning walks, evening strolls, or simply unwinding among the trees.

This home is older and not modern in any way. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the space. It is clean and well cared for. There is an old hot tub on the back deck that is no longer operable.
