Single story Sandcastle Cottage is filled with light and art. The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, and reading lamps. Its gourmet kitchen features a Viking gas range, any pots and pans, and abundant utensils. In the primary bedroom, find a queen size bed, a rocking chair, window seat, TV, and large walk-in closet. The primary bath's walk-in shower, with seat, is always warm thanks to an in-wall heater. Another bedroom, with queen size bed, connects to the second bath. The third bedroom holds a double futon
and TV. Outdoors there's a wraparound deck, grill, and picnic table. Stepping stones connect to one of the Shorepine Village walking paths. For EV drivers, there is a Level II charger in the garage.
Neighborhood
Shorepine Village is a quiet and scenic community nestled among grassy dunes, pine trees, and walking paths. Guests enjoy direct access to the beach through a private boardwalk, as well as two miles of paved paths perfect for biking or strolling. The neighborhood is centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, close to restaurants, shopping, and tide pools. The community is carefully maintained and designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding coastal landscape. Shorepine Village does not permit open-flame firepits or propane fire tables. Barbecues are permitted.
This home is professionally managed by Kiwanda Coastal Properties, a locally owned company with over thirty years of experience managing Oregon Coast vacation rentals. Our office is located nearby and is staffed seven days a week to assist with any guest needs.
Guests must be at least twenty-four years old to rent. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during your stay. Day visitors may be permitted with prior approval from management.
Pet Policy
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable fee of $10 per night per dog. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated and are not allowed on furniture.
Cleaning and Safety
The home is professionally cleaned and maintained to high standards aligned with CDC guidelines. Linens, towels, and household supplies are provided for your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Half of the total booking cost is forfeited if the reservation is canceled or changed within thirty days of the scheduled arrival date. One hundred percent of the rental rate is charged if the reservation is canceled within seven days of arrival. If another guest rebooks the home, cancellation charges, less a thirty-five-dollar fee, will be refunded.
