Restaurants in the area are Damos a buffet within walking distance, other options are a good Mexican restaurant, the rusty rooster , and some fast food choices as well as several good pizza options. Enjoy downtown Waverly including a Milk shakers & a coffee shop.
1 1/2 hrs from Nashville , 1 hr from Clarksville, or 30 mins from Dickson. On a quiet dead end street just 5 mins from Hwy 70.
There is a carport to protect your valuables on your truck or boat. Enjoy this 3-bedroom house, have your own space at an affordable rate. This is a cozy home with mostly new furniture, appliances. We just repainted the whole house, did a thorough cleaning and replaced some of the flooring. We think you will enjoy the amenities and all the little niceties it has to offer.
