Very nice area and right on the beach. Very convenient to places to eat and shop! The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. The balcony is large size.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Gulf Shores! The location couldn't have been better—just a short 5-minute walk to The Hangout, which made it so easy to enjoy great food, music, and the beach atmosphere without worrying about parking. The condo itself was beautifully updated, very clean, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home during our stay. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—perfect for relaxing in the evenings and taking in the stunning sunset views. It was such a peaceful way to end each day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing place in Gulf Shores!

The reason for terrible is because no one stated that when July 4th hit we would have no place to park. We had to park in front of a dumpster. Which was ridiculous. Then at 1:20am we were woke up by the security guard to move our truck and then at 5:00am we were woke up again to move our truck again. This was beyond not ok.

Parking areas and enforcement are managed by the HOA and building security, rather than BEACHBALL PROPERTIES. The condo itself was great! You will need to plan on bringing spices/common baking ingredients or add it to your Walmart pickup. I ended up needing salt/pepper, sugar and flour oh and coffee filters. Not a big deal just a tip. The one thing I wish I had known beforehand....there is only one set of elevators for the entire building. Be prepared to wait and then pile in. When we arrived there were no carts in the ground floor elevator area definitely check other floors and find one especially if you are hauling your groceries up. Other than that no issues. Gym was great if you're into that. Beach was also great we had a fantastic time. Family of 8, kids 7 to 21 all had a wonderful time.

Everyone checks in at the same time everyone checks out at the same time getting up and down the elevator is torture. My family had to take the stairs multiple times while we were there due to elevator malfunctions we were on the 15th floor. The beach is overrun with umbrella rentals, and you’re not allowed to put anything you brought near the water unless it’s one point of contact, which nobody tells you until you get there the security is subpar they allow pretty much anybody into the beach area even though you’re paying to be there also the pool is very unwatched. Kids overrun the hot tub and leave a mess everywhere we were. As far as the room itself great. Everything is close would visit again but probably a different property.

Amazing stay in Golf Shores!

This was such a great property. Everything was so nice in Seawind 1509! The master bedroom right off the balcony was great. The second bedroom was also very nice and there was a room with full-size bunk beds. The colors and asthenic were very costal which made it nice. Having the full kitchen saved us a ton of money not having to eat out with 5 of us, and the laundry was really nice so we could pack less and wash items we needed. The pool and hot tub were a lifesaver because the waves were so intense in the ocean that our girls didn't want to swim in it, they spent si much time in the pool and hot tub, as did I! The location was great, walking distance to a ton of things and a short drive to other attractions. The only downside for us was that both elevators were being worked on and the lines to get up to the 15th floor took a long time at the end of the day but it was a minor inconvenience compared to how great everything else was. Highly highly recommend!
