Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $200 per pet applies.
Pet Limit: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
More Than 2 Pets: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please contact us in advance. We’re happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate additional pets with prior approval.

Quiet Hours
• 10 PM–7 AM
• Please be considerate of neighbors and outdoor noise.

No Smoking Indoors
• Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited.
• Violations are subject to a $1,000 fine.

Security Cameras
• Security cameras are installed for safety.
• Cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, and related devices may not be touched, covered, disconnected, or tampered with.

Nature + Wildlife
• The home is located in a wooded setting, so occasional insects or wildlife may be encountered.
• Please keep doors and windows closed when possible.
• Bears are rarely seen, but guests should never approach or feed them.

Fire Safety
• No candles, campfires, or other unauthorized open flames.
• Unauthorized fires are subject to a $100 fine plus the cost of damages.

Fire Pit Access
• The fire pit is reached via a short grassy slope that may feel steep for some guests.

BBQ Grill
• Please turn off the gas after use.

Neighboring Property
• Please do not approach or pet the cows in the neighboring yard.
• Do not touch the neighboring livestock fence—it is electric.

House Care
• This is not a party house.
• Please treat the home and surrounding property with care.

Weather + Uncontrollable Events
• Refunds are not provided for weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other events outside the host's control.

Host Availability
• Guest assistance is available daily from 9 AM–10 PM.
• Responses may be delayed outside those hours.
