Ce condo en bord de mer Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur des 6 Ă©tages Sea Vista Condos offre une vue spectaculaire sur le Padre South Beach et le golfe du Mexique. Le condo et son balcon face Ă  la plage, avec des fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond, Ă  travers le salon et la chambre principale. MĂȘme la cuisine a une vue!

Du rez de chaussée de la mer Vista Condos vous pouvez marcher à droite sur la plage. Pas de route à traverser. Pas besoin d'emballer la voiture. Dirigez-vous vers l'ascenseur et marcher dÚs la sortie sur miles de plage de sable.

Ce 1050 SF 2-BR condo 2-bain peut accueillir jusqu'à six, avec lit king dans le maßtre, un grand lit dans la chambre d'amis, et, si nécessaire, un lit confortable canapé-lit dans le salon.

La chambre principale dispose d'un confortable lit king size, une salle de bains principale, et un grand placard. La vue depuis la chambre des maĂźtres est incroyable.

La chambre à coucher DeuxiÚme / clients a un lit queen size, grand placard et de la télévision.

Une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e est la clĂ© pour des vacances reposantes. Nous savons qu'il est important d'ĂȘtre en mesure de prĂ©parer les repas et collations sans courir en arriĂšre au magasin pour acheter toutes les choses que vous attendez dans une cuisine. Nous avons Ă©quipĂ© la cuisine avec cet objectif.

Le salon a des siÚges confortables, un "LED TV 50 à écran plat avec service de cùble HD, et bien sûr une vue magnifique de la célÚbre South Padre Beach, et levers de soleil sur le Golfe du Mexique.

Internet sans fil (WIFI), sécurisé et dédié à ce condo, est inclus.

Le complexe Sea Vista dispose de deux piscines et deux courts de tennis. Parking non affecté est prévu à l'intérieur du terrain clÎturé avec un portail d'entrée de sécurité.

En face se trouve le parc aquatique Schlitterbahn.

Phenomenal View

The view is amazing. Quiet property and beautiful. Thank you for the few items available in the condo, e.g., tissue paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, etc. I have been going to South Padre Island for over 15 years and the many condos and homes we have rented have never had any of the of these items. Thank you!

Amazing View Great Place

We stayed here in March. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The views are beautiful. Great heated pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to shopping. We had a wonderful trip.

The Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and it simply couldn’t have been better. We value our limited travel opportunities so much that we are very particular when it comes to researching our destinations. We looked at tons of options before finally choosing this Beachfront Condo
and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Location: This is a top floor condo located directly on the beach. You walk out the back entrance and literally take a few steps across the dunes to reach the beautiful beach. The sand is soft, the gulf water is warm, the surf is perfect for wave jumping, and there is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off on your way back up. The elevator conveniently lets you out on the 6th floor directly across from the condo entrance. There is no property directly to the south, so it is a very quiet location. There was always plenty of room on the beach to set up chairs and an umbrella and relax all day. Condo: The view is BREATHTAKING! We would sit out on our private balcony every morning to have coffee and watch the sunrise. In the evenings, we would sit out there to listen to the waves and enjoy the oceanfront breeze. The central air conditioning is awesome!! We like to keep the condo cool and never had a problem. Great ceiling fan. The furniture is very comfortable. We mainly used the two recliners in the living room and the king bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts!! Will definitely stay again!!

Amazing!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The condo was spotless, the ocean views unbelievable and the pool and hot tub were warm! We can’t say enough great things about this property. The location was central and the area quiet. The owners didn’t leave lists of things to do or countless rules which made our stay so much more relaxing than some. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

2nd time at Sea Vista - always great!

It's perfect! Wonderful accomodations, beautiful views. Pool is clean and great place to hang out when not at the beach. The property as a whole is very well maintained. It's quiet, and nice to be at the southern end of SPI. No one on the South side of the complex. Nice to be close to nightlife, but far enough away where it's peaceful at Sea Vista. Definitely will be back for 3rd, 4th, 5th ... visit!

Quiet complex at the South end of the island. Host pretty much supplies everything for your stay. There is a reason for all the 5 star reviews. I could ramble on but I would just be repeating what all the other 5 star reviews have said.

On the Beach

Exceptional unit right on the beach. Accommodation was spotlessly clean with best equipped kitchen, spices and extras imaginable. Closet full of beach toys and chair to enjoy. Owner extremely responsive and easy to work with. View of the wide beach from floor to ceiling windows, as well as the balcony, is perfect. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at Sea Vista

This is our third stay at Sea Vista. The property is at the far south end of the island which we like because there is plenty of room to spread out. The property is clean, the rooms well stocked and furnished, and the complex is secure and very easy to access. This particular unit is on the top floor in the middle of the complex. The view was tremendous and being on the top floor helps with some of the more rowdy guests in the building (they're few and far between...but present at times). The property owners were extremely responsive and understanding when I misplaced my check-in instructions that they sent several weeks prior. I was able to contact them immediately and get checked-in in just a few minutes after arrival. I'm thankful for their patience and attention. We will be back to Sea Vista again.
