Welcome to Fairway Five Chateau, a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury vacation home offering nearly 3,000 square feet of refined living space, located within the prestigious, gated Mountain View Country Club (MVCC) - a premier golf and social community in La Quinta. This stunning home is ideally positioned on the 5th hole of the picturesque Arnold Palmer Golf Course, offering exceptional privacy with no nearby golf cart paths. With sweeping golf course and mountain views, a private saltwater pool and spa, and multiple indoor-outdoor living spaces, this home is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a refined yet relaxing desert escape.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax by the gas fireplace, unwind on plush seating, or enjoy movie nights on the oversized 82” Smart TV. A dedicated workspace and ultra-fast 1-gig Wi-Fi make the home equally well-suited for remote work or longer stays. Every bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV featuring Spectrum cable and popular streaming apps for added comfort and convenience.

The spacious, open-concept kitchen is beautifully appointed with new quartz countertops, marble backsplashes, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware and includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator (plus an additional full-size refrigerator located in the laundry room), wine refrigerator, and dishwasher. Guests will find a Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso machine with starter pods for coffee, along with plates, utensils, and glassware to comfortably serve more than 10 people.

The kitchen is equipped with all the extras expected in a true entertainer’s kitchen, including a toaster, blender, rice maker, air fryer, Kitchen Aid mixer, popcorn machine, and a full set of pots and pans — everything needed for both everyday meals and special gatherings. Just off the main living area, a dedicated wet bar with barware and drinkware provides the perfect setup to mix and enjoy your favorite beverages.

‱ The primary suite features a California king bed, a 55” Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard oasis. The ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks, a vanity, a separate walk-in shower, and a spa tub.

‱ A second master suite includes two queen beds, a 55” Smart TV, and a couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa, along with its own private bathroom offering a shower/tub combination and double vanity sinks—making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

‱ The detached private casita offers a California king bed, a 40” Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks, creating a quiet retreat ideal for couples or guests who value extra privacy.

Additional sleeping options are available in the sitting room, which includes a fold-out futon suitable for one adult, as well as a queen air mattress with linens provided. The home comfortably accommodates up to 9 adults. An additional half bath is also available, offering added convenience for guests.

Outside you will find a private backyard oasis, where desert living truly shines. Enjoy the expansive 40-foot saltwater pool with raised spa, swim-up bar, gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and covered patio dining area — perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening gatherings under the stars. The home’s east-facing orientation offers stunning sunrises over the fairway and mountains in addition to afternoon shade as the sun sets.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, 2-car garage parking, high-quality linens, towels, and thoughtful touches throughout to ensure a comfortable and effortless stay. Each bathroom includes complimentary, hotel-style toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.

The home is located within the safe, quiet, and highly sought-after Mountain View Country Club, a gated community known for its palm tree–lined streets, beautifully maintained grounds, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests have the option to purchase the HOA’s Social Membership (available for an additional $750 per month), which provides access to an exceptional range of resort-style amenities.

Social Membership perks include both casual and fine dining, club-hosted social events, and unlimited access to the expansive 66.5-foot crystal-clear community pool, complete with a lap lane and regularly scheduled aerobics classes. Additional amenities include an outdoor spa, steam rooms, a full-service wellness center, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility equipped with both aerobic and strength-training equipment. Guests may also enjoy on-site spa services offering massages, facials, and restorative treatments, as well as organized exercise classes. Recreational facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts. A Starbucks is conveniently located on-site, serving complimentary coffee and cookies each morning.

A Limited Golf Course Access Program is available for interested guests who would like to enjoy select golf privileges during their stay and remain active within the community. Participation in the program requires additional monthly dues of $675, payable directly to the club.

Additional Rules & Important Information:

‱ Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in accordance with city regulations and out of consideration for neighboring residents.

‱ Pool & Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating are available upon request. Pool heating (including spa) is $60 per day, or spa-only heating is available for $35 per night. Maximum permitted temperatures are 86°F for the pool and 104°F for the spa.

‱ Pets: One dog is permitted with prior approval (25 lbs. maximum) for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please notify us in advance so the fee can be added prior to arrival. Dogs are not permitted on beds or the living room couch. If pet hair is found on bedding or upholstered furniture, a post-stay dry-cleaning fee will apply. Guests are responsible for promptly picking up all pet waste.

‱ Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes and are not actively monitored. Camera locations include the casita courtyard (viewing the main house front door) and the side backyard area.

‱ Extended Stays (30+ Days): Guests staying longer than one month are required to schedule a monthly professional mid-cleaning through Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management (with or without laundry service) or arrange equivalent professional maid service to maintain the home.

‱ Housekeeping: Standard post-stay housekeeping includes 4.5 hours of cleaning. Any additional cleaning time required will be billed to the guest in 30-minute increments at $90 per hour.

‱ Mail & Deliveries: Mailbox access is not available. For Amazon deliveries, please instruct drivers to deliver directly to the front door and avoid Sunday deliveries. USPS service is not available for guests; FedEx or UPS should be used for all deliveries.

‱ Parking Restrictions: Per HOA regulations, commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (including motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) may not be parked, stored, repaired, or maintained on the property. Temporary parking is permitted for loading and unloading only and vehicles must be removed within 24 hours. Boats and boat trailers are not permitted on the property at any time.

‱ Rental Agreement & ID: A vacation rental agreement must be completed prior to arrival. Guests are required to provide a copy of a driver’s license or passport at check-in.

Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management provides peace-of-mind check-in services, on-site and/or phone support during your stay, and professional housekeeping. Guest-paid mid-cleanings are available upon request.
