King-size bed, 70” Smart TV, 3-seater couch. Fully furnished just like in the photos.

2-KITCHEN
Full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, quartz island with bar seating.
Fully stocked with all cookware and utensils.

3-LAUNDRY
Laundry is located at the back of the main house.Guests will need to walk through the main house to reach it.
Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the main house.

4- LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
– 10–15 mins to Disneyland, Huntington Beach, and Irvine
– Centrally located in Bolsa, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping

Please read before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to all house rules below.

1. SECURITY MEASURES
Surveillance cameras are installed in the front yard and laundry room for your safety. Your privacy is always respected.

2. VISITORS
– $15/day per guest for visits over 30 minutes
– $50/day per guest for stays over 1 hour or overnight (until 11AM next day)
These charges help maintain a peaceful space and are not for profit.
Please notify us in advance and settle any guest fees prior to arrival.

3. LAUNDRY & SUPPLIES
• We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper at check-in.
After that, guests are kindly asked to purchase their own.
• We do not provide laundry detergent, personal bath products, paper towels, or drinking water.

4. NO PETS
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in extra cleaning fees or early termination of stay.

5. MAIL & PACKAGES
Please refrain from having personal mail sent to this address. Consider renting a mailbox outside for your convenience. However, deliveries like packages are perfectly fine.

6. STRICT POLICY
Absolutely no smoking or drug use inside the unit. A $200 fine applies for violations.

7. RESPECTFUL USE
Treat the studio and common areas with respect as you would your own home.
Extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

8. DAMAGES
If anything breaks, please report it promptly.
Unreported damages may incur full replacement or repair costs.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for:
– Loss or damage of personal belongings (e.g. fire, theft, water damage)
– Any injuries, illnesses, or accidents during your stay.
