Escape to your private studio retreat in the heart of Long Beach! This cozy, climate-controlled space comfortably fits up to 3 guests (2 adults max) and features a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, sunny patio with a lemon tree. Perfectly located just minutes from the beach, downtown, and Disneyland, it's the ideal SoCal getaway.

Private Entrance: Enjoy your own separate entrance for complete privacy.

Living Area: Relax with a full-size Sofa bed with reinforced support and memory foam mattress, a 40-inch TV, and a white noise machine for a peaceful night's sleep. A queen-size air mattress is also available.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen awaits, featuring a full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, and a blender. A plastic dinnerware set for children is also provided.

Patio: The highlight is the spacious, sunny private patio, complete with a fruitful lemon tree – perfect for morning coffee or evening lounging.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom is stocked with essentials like shampoo and a hair dryer. A first aid kit is also on hand.

Laundry: For your convenience, the studio includes a full-size washer and dryer with detergent provided.

Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire studio (Unit A) and the attached private patio. The unit is located at the end of the driveway, past the main house, ensuring a quiet and secluded experience.

Interaction With Guests:
We respect your privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, your host is always just a message away to provide support or answer any questions you may have.

The house itself was as advertised: clean and cozy. I appreciate all the amenities made available for no extra cost. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. I will say this isn’t at fault of the host, but I want to give the heads up that neighborhood itself is a little sketchy at night and parking can be difficult that late; I was parking about 3-4 blocks away. That being said, what is in control of the host was well done. I did see a small cricket so that may be something to check out, but no harm done.

The property looked freshly remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was very quiet during the night, even with windows open. Everything was great, the only thing is that when you pull out the sofa bed, there’s no space left to get around the room.
