It’s wonderful to know that the tram stop right across the street added so much convenience to your vacation—it truly is one of the best perks of staying in Seacrest! We also deeply appreciate your kind words regarding our responsiveness. We always strive to make sure our guests feel supported throughout their stay. Thank you for bringing the missing towels, the outdoor shower, and the patio furniture to our attention. While we are glad we could get those towels over to you quickly, we apologize for the initial oversight and the issues with the outdoor amenities. We want every part of our property to be fully enjoyable, so we are addressing the outdoor shower and giving the patio furniture a thorough cleaning right away. Your feedback about the bikes is also incredibly helpful. We completely understand how having only 4 bikes for a 5-bedroom home can be a bit of a mismatch, and we are actively looking into adding more bikes to the property so larger groups can ride together comfortably. Overall, we are so glad you had a great stay, and it would be an absolute pleasure to host you and your family again in the future!
