Very spacious, beds were comfortable, location was excellent, amenities as described. AC units in each room worked great and allowed everyone to keep their own temperature. Host was very responsive to questions.

Location was absolutely perfect. We felt safe and loved the area. The unit was not the cleanest. Pillows were lacking as well as pillow cases and no wash cloths were in the rental. The rental was not very clean which was disappointing, but the location could not have been better.

We had a great stay at this townhouse. The location is so convenient: nearby subways and in a great part of town. Perfect for our family of 10. Great price for the amount of space. Multiple bathrooms was a huge plus. Communicating with the host was simple and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the location of this property. Very close to subway terminals, which got us around the city without any problems. The house was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived.

Location was PERFECT. The apartment was spacious with a full functional kitchen and comfortable beds. There were a lot of stairs (32) to reach the apartment uppermost level. This is a very safe neighborhood and pedestrian friendly. Communication before and after were EXCELLENT. We will certainly stay here again should we come back to NY.

Carl is a wonderful host. We communicated often, and he checked in to make sure everything was well. The space is amazing. It’s on 2 levels: the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd level. The ac is great, and there are many tvs. There’s a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and lots of closets. We were generations staying there and it was perfect for us.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and the property met most of our expectations. However, I do want to note that the bathroom was missing a couple of basic amenities. There were no washcloths provided and no bath soap available for guests. These are small items, but they are typically expected in a rental and would have made the stay a bit more convenient. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

It was a frustrating experience to say the least. I was on a work trip with coworkers and was shocked when I received photos from my coworkers upon check in showing the apartment in complete disarray. Beds not made, pillowcases, sheets soiled. Trash, dishes and prior guests clothing everywhere. Side note: we were offered an early check in at an additional cost.Mistakes happen, the response is the real disappointment. I immediately sent photos of the items mentioned above to the host and got no apology. Just got a reply stating the cleaners have been notified. It was a timely response but included no inclination that a huge mistake had been made. I feel the host treated the situation as if it were no big deal. Ultimately, the cleaners arrived and the room was livable approximately 3.5 hours after I was told it was ready. Still no apology, no attempt to make up for the major inconvenience

For a family with teenagers who love to go-go-go, this was a great location. Walking distance to Central Park (10 min walk) and Times Square (30min walk). If you dont like walking, there is MTA 3 blocks away. Quick train rides to get to the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 museum, MET, times square....anywhere. It also had plenty of room with three showers and 5 bedrooms. The pictures are true, the price is very reasonable for the location and size. Highly recommend.

Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.
