Escape to this charming house in picturesque Nokomis. The home features a spacious split floor plan, perfect for families or groups wanting a bit of privacy. On one side of the house, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—along with a shared bathroom. Separating the two sides of the home are two comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette, and a laundry room.

On the opposite end of the home, there’s a third bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bathroom, offering a more secluded retreat. A attached, yet separated "Mother in-law" suite.

All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, and you’ll find extra linens available in each room for your convenience. We stocked the home with everything you need to prepare meals, and keep your space clean. We truly want our guests to fill they are at home. The home also has extra towels, beach towels, and chairs.

The tranquil atmosphere invites peaceful mornings and restful nights. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your day, this house provides a comfortable retreat. We are just a short ride or walk to the beach, take the kayaks out for a scenic paddle, enjoy local cuisine, grill on the patio-adventure and relaxation await right outside your door.

This place is amazing! Lots of room and everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. We had one small hiccup when we tried to get in house. Not because our host’s instructions were incorrect but because, being creatures of habit, we went to the front door instead of the side door. There we found lock box that we used our code on but no matter what we did, we couldn’t get it open. After calling our host, we found out that it was an old box and that the new one was on the side door. Silly us! Finally got in and everything was great! Beach is super close. Make sure you go to see the drum circle. Lots of fun! Plenty of places nearby to eat, shop and explore.And be prepared to get the best sleep ever when u are here, the beds are incredibly comfortable!! Can’t wait to come back!

Negatives - Furniture needs updated especially a couch with a piece of plywood under the cushion and the ottoman in front of the chair in the living room (there is stuff coming out of the bottom) Plus - beach stuff in the she shed very useful. FYI - there is one beach chair that is broken and one umbrella that does not work (it is the one in the blue bag) - we should have tested before taken to the beach that being said it was less than idea once we got to beach and found out these items were not useful. Some basic cooking spices would have been nice such as an italian seasonings and some sort of cajun or blacken spices - would not cost much and would last awhile and really help for cooking meals - beach towels and washer/dryer was nice
