As the property features a pool, pool safety is the responsibility of all guests, and a liability waiver is required prior to arrival.

Important Information Before Booking:
- Strict non-smoking policy (inside and outside the home)
- The pool is heated from 9-5pm, up to 86 degrees, included in your stay
- No pets permitted
- Not suitable for young children under 13 due to pool safety considerations
- Access to to the ever popular Players Club is included for 2 adults, 4 kids (under 18) for up to 14 days. The Club includes 3 resort style pools, social events, a tiki bar and restaurants, a full day spa, bocce ball, a fitness gym, 13 tennis courts, and pickle ball (gym, and raquet sports after 1pm for guests).
Please note golf is not included but may be booked separately through Lely Golf & Country Club.
