Sanibel Island is a true island escape, and Seashells 9 offers the perfect home base for your time in paradise. This elevated first-floor condo places you just steps from private beach accessâideal for Sanibelâs famous shelling, peaceful shoreline walks, and great shore fishing. Tucked past the islandâs bend, this stretch of beach is known for its beautiful sunsets, making evenings on the sand especially memorable.
This thoughtfully updated condo features light coastal décor and inviting spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The open living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortable accent chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The media cabinet is stocked with books, games, and puzzles for laid-back evenings or the occasional rainy day.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached en-suite bath, creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. The spacious guest bedroom also features a king bed and flat-screen TV, along with generous storage space. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom.
A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi is provided, along with beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, and umbrellaâeverything you need for easy days by the Gulf.
Guests can enjoy the communityâs wonderful amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and barbecue grills. With private beach access just a short stroll away, the Gulfâs shimmering waters are always within reach.
