Le Conch Cottage est un spacieux refuge de bord de mer de 2 chambres, situé à Summers Edge Subdivision à Seagrove Beach. La cuisine, salon et salle à manger spacieuses sont toutes conçues par des professionnels. King chambre des maßtres et la chambre d'hÎtes a un roi et un ensemble de lits superposés intégrés. La maison dispose également de 2 salles de bain complÚtes. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les pots et des casseroles. Laveuse et sécheuse inclus.

Summers Edge dispose de 2 piscines communautaires (chauffée au printemps) et un trottoir pavé pour vous emmener à la plage.

Quick get away

Conch Cottage is the perfect spot for my husband and I on a quick weekend getaway. We love the location and the quiet Summer’s Edge neighborhood. We have stayed at this location before and will definitely come back.

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed Conch Cottage. The property was welcoming and well appointed. We loved sitting outside on the porches. The kids loved having the Alexa to listen to music while we cooked in the fabulous kitchen. The location was perfect and the beach and pool were close enough to use non stop. We will be back!

Family vacation

This is the third time staying on N Ryan, different home each time. A bit disappointed. Both chairs at the table were missing screws and unable to use. Can opener did not work, grill had to be cleaned. Patio furniture dirty, had not been cleaned for sometime. OverAll it was okay clean.

Cute cottage

We had a great stay! Good beach access, nice home. Perfect size for our family of four. A few things could have been better. It needed a deep clean. There were dust bunnies in corners and such. When we arrived, there was no bedding for the bunk beds. I called, and they sent a lovely person immediately to bring us bedding. We also had the porch swing break while we were there due to a rusty chain. They sent another very friendly person to repair that as well. There are several window shades that are broken which we didn’t report. Overall, just some minor issues, but we loved the place otherwise.

Not Impressed

The house is not well kept. Bedding and furniture is dingy. Mildew under awfully uncomfortable mattresses on bunk beds. Drapes on windows drag floor and are dirty. I had to vacuum and sweep upon arrival. Area under couches hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Minimal mismatched dishes and utensils. What was there was not in good condition. Master bath had growth along tile in shower. Not impressed.

100% Lovely!

This was the perfect, cozy cottage on a quiet street with easy access to the beach and pool! The beach is a little tight - I was expecting less people and more space. High season might be particularly crowded. Our September stay was manageable. No complaints about the property itself, though! We loved the house and location!

Wonderful Property

The property was wonderful. It’s gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach and pools was short. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rent this property again. The management team was wonderful to deal with as well.

Family Vacation

Location was awesome! Lacked some essential kitchen stuff and extra linens. Beach was close and so was pool. Would of like to know we could rent chairs on the private beach and that you have to go to different street than Ryan to get to the house which isn’t stated in the listing. Overall we had a great visit and the neighborhood was awesome!

Great Location & Nice Cottage

Overall the property was nice and in a very convenient location to the pool and beach. My only suggestions are to have the cleaning crew do a more thorough clean between guests, and get a yard crew to clean up the front and side patio area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great. Easy access to beach and pool. The property was cozy and perfect for our family of 5. We spent lots of time in the kitchen making meals and it was the perfect size. It rained for most of our stay or else we would have had meals outside on the patio that was so cute. Really enjoyed our stay!

I would have given a 5
 but honestly, the cleaning crew probably should have done a bit better
 house was a great layout, perfect for small family or group. We love the location and have stayed on this street many times. I would just have the cleaning staff do a bit better on the vacuum and dusting situation

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful week at Conch Cottage, and it was just what we needed. Restful, peaceful, quiet family friendly neighborhood. We loved having coffee on the front porch and waving to the neighbors walking by. The short walk with private beach access was great, and the weather was perfect. The cottage had everything we needed! We will definitely look for this cottage next time we come down.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

An adorable house on a beautiful quiet street! Beach, pool, rented bikes and ice cream truck every afternoon. My idea of perfect. The house is clean and the beds are comfy. You'll need to stop for coffee on the way - but some dish soap and laundry soap is available. Also, you'll need to buy beach chairs or rent them for the week from the people on the beach. We will be back for sure!

Nice Property

Good location and easy walk to the beach. Other than goldfish under the ottoman from previous renters, the house was clean and comfortable with all the conveniences of home. The patio with outside dining and a bench swing is really cool underneath mature trees. The neighborhood is charming and very quiet. I recommend this property.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving week

The Conch Cottage was just perfect for our family of 4. We walked into Seaside or down to the Hub (check it out - well worth it!) everyday. Easy beach access and heated pool were also a hit. One small issue was the listing stating that free golf was included at a nearby course. That course had been closed for renovations for several months and the alternatives were not nearby. Again, small issue which the property manager found a solution for. Great communication and great place! Would stay here again.

Perfect Cottage

We loved our stay at the Conch Cottage! Perfect space for my husband and I. Very close walk to the beach and pool. We loved the location being between Seaside and Rosemary beach, both were just a few minutes away by car. We will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect small cottage!

My family and I enjoyed this home and it’s easy location close to the pool and beach. Everything we needed was provided and (as mentioned) we just needed to make a quick trip to Publix (grocery store) for the essentials. The traffic in the community can get a bit intense and many of the shops are a bit pricey. If you are willing to bike or walk it is certainly do-able without a car! All in all, our only struggle was the crowded beach at times (but we made due with being second or third row in a sea of unoccupied umbrellas and chairs.. sigh). We knew this was high season - so it could have been worse! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.. it worked out perfectly!
