This newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with all new furnishings is located in a quaint, family friendly neighborhood a little over a mile from the beautiful town center of Black Mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountains! Upon entering this modern yet cozy home, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan filled with rich, colorful accents and local artistry. This stylish home features a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for meal prep along with providing the perfect gathering space to take in the beautiful views.

Gorgeous year-round mountain views offer the perfect setting while you relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch or on the back patio while you’re grilling and making memories around the fire pit. A fenced-in yard adds additional privacy for this wonderful vacation home!

King-sized master bedroom with en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands, walk-in closet and a Smart TV.

Guest room 1 offers a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands, oversized closet and Smart TV.

Guest room 2 offers a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands and oversized closet. The guest rooms share a full sized bathroom complete with shower and tub. Each bedroom has new premium memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding.

All living spaces are on the same floor for easy access.

**A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and hand soap is also provided.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
"We stayed at Cooper's Ridge this past weekend for my sister's wedding in Black Mountain. Cooper's Ridge is new, very clean, and decorated SO CUTE! We loved all the furnishings, decor, etc. The owners thought of "the small things" that make a big difference (makeup towels, basic cleaning supplies, spices, board games, etc.) Personally, I loved the Ted Lasso mug and various dog paintings throughout the house. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!"

“The Little Town that Rocks”, Black Mountain’s downtown is a quick 5-minute drive from the house. Known as the “Front Porch of Western North Carolina”, you’ll discover novelty shops, boutiques, outfitters, restaurants and breweries. Start your morning with southern favorites at Louise’s Kitchen, grab a wonderful baked treat at Open Oven Brunch Bakery & Bistro or try the yummy biscuits at Blue Ridge Biscuit Company. PLEASE NOTE: This home allows for 2 cars to be parked in the driveway (3 if they are compact). No on street parking allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING inside or outside of the property. Fireworks are prohibited.

One (1) well behaved dog 60lbs & under will be allowed with owner approval. If you bring more than one (1) dog during your stay, your stay will be cancelled upon arrival. No exceptions. No dog is allowed on the furniture or beds. If this rule is broken & excessive dog hair is found on the furniture/bedding, an additional charge of $500 will be added to your payment.

For your safety, this property features exterior security cameras. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
