Guest access
When you book Gaia Ranch, you'll have access to everything the property has to offer. Meaning this is a completely private experience with no shared spaces enclosed by our private gates.

You can freely access the cottage and patio areas, except for the barn, locked owner's storage room and some closets marked private. Make yourself at home in our well-appointed vacation retreat. Welcome to your home away from home!

Even though Gaia is secluded, it’s only 10 minutes away from large grocery stores such as Walmart and Brookshires.

1 - Booking Reservation Request Reviews: All instant booking reservations are subject to a 48 hour Host review. Same day reservations may be subject to a later check-in time - ask Hosts. (last minute, same day reservations may require up to a three hour delay for checking in). Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions.

2 - Full Disclosure Policy: on the number of people on the property with video verification by property access (Exterior only security cameras). Tell hosts how many people sleeping over and how many visitors not sleeping over.

3 - Checkout details: Flexible time subject to other guest reservations and Host approval. Basic cleaning fee charged for professional deep clean between every reservation. Straighten up things some. Turn off all lights in whole house , close and lock doors and windows, and push the lock button on front door keypad. Report any damages.

Your safety is our priority. This property is equipped with exterior security surveillance cameras that monitor and record video and audio activity to ensure your security. Rest assured, your privacy is respected—there are no cameras in any indoor private areas.
