The Space:

Welcome to your Playa del Carmen home base—spacious, modern, and made for comfort. This 2BR/2BA apartment is airy and full of natural light, with a relaxing layout perfect for couples, friends, or families.



You’ll sleep well on cozy beds (1 king, 1 queen) and enjoy two high-end bathrooms. Start your mornings on the private balcony with premium patio furniture—ideal for coffee, reading, or winding down after the beach.



Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a carefree stay:



- Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, blender, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes

- High-speed fiber internet for work or streaming

- Smart TVs and strong A/C plus ceiling fans to keep you cool

- Thoughtful design details so the space feels both luxurious and easygoing



A complimentary starter kit is provided on arrival (toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar/sweetener, and bottled water). This is a one-time welcome supply and won’t be restocked.



Guest Access:

Access is smooth and key-free. You’ll enter the building and apartment using an electronic lock—no keys to carry around. The building has reception and 24/7 security.



Parking: One parking spot is included free of charge, a rare perk in this central location. Availability is subject to space on arrival. If you need parking, let us know in advance. We’ll provide a garage RF access card with a refundable deposit, returned at checkout once the card is handed back.



The Neighborhood:

You’re right in the heart of Playa del Carmen—walking distance to everything, yet tucked into a comfortable area for resting between adventures.



- Beach: about a 5-minute walk

- 5th Avenue: around 100 meters away for restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and people-watching

- Essentials nearby: convenience stores and supermarkets just steps away

- Great food all around, from casual brunch to dinner spots



You get the best of both worlds: central, lively, and incredibly convenient.



Getting Around:

You won’t need a car, but you have options if you want one. The area is super walkable and well connected:



- Taxis are easy to find on nearby main streets

- Local buses and colectivos run close to the building

- Everything downtown is reachable on foot

- If you drive, parking on site may be available (see notes above)



Nearby favorites for eating out include Salento, Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven about 50 meters away.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib available: $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets, blanket). Limited availability—request in advance and wait for confirmation.

- Starter kit: Provided once upon arrival (toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar/sweetener, bottled water). Not restocked.

- Salt/oil/pepper: Available upon request—please ask before 5:00 PM.

- Extra linens/cleaning: Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an additional fee. Daily cleaning is not included. Request at least 24 hours in advance.

- Sofa bed linens: If you plan to use the sofa bed, tell us before 4:00 PM on check-in day so we can deliver linens. After that time, same-day delivery isn’t guaranteed.



Electricity policy:

- For short stays, 15 kWh per night are included. Extra usage is charged at 3 MXN per kWh.

- For stays of 28+ days, electricity is billed separately.

- For bookings of 7+ days, a weekly linen/towel change is mandatory and charged separately.



The supermarket next door has air conditioning units near the balcony that generate a constant noise when the doors are open. We measured it, and it doesn't exceed 48-50 dB. Many guests describe it as "gray noise," similar to white noise, and consider it neutral or even beneficial for sleeping. Additionally, there is currently construction work going on in the adjacent building, so typical construction noises can be heard during the day.



Linens care: Please don’t use towels to remove makeup or clean floors to avoid extra charges—help us keep everything fresh for every guest.



Mandatory use of wristbands for guests.

We’re available 24/7 for emergencies. Our guest support team is online and happy to help via message daily from 9:00 AM to midnight. After midnight, please reach out only in case of urgent matters or emergencies — we’ll be here if you need us!
