Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at the front desk. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, you will need to register one of these methods during the check-in process to gain entry to the building. By making a reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

In a prime location just 150 m from the vibrant 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Playa del Carmen’s beautiful beaches. Walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets and nightlife. You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.

We offer travel cots for USD 15 per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making your request. Contact us early to secure a cot for your little one.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.



We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the appropriate linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



If you book 28 nights or more, we'll take a reading of the light meter at check in and compare it with the reading at the check out. Then charge the guest according to what the CFE app shows.



For reservations of more than 7 days, we will request a mandatory change of linen at an extra cost each week.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
