EntiÚrement rénové plage appartement en bas en face de la plage. Tout a été entiÚrement mis à jour. EntiÚrement meublé. planchers de bois franc revernis dans le salon, une cuisine et une chambre à coucher. Nouvellement carrelée chambre principale et salle de bain. cuisine Mise à jour avec toutes les commodités. Cour arriÚre clÎturée avec barbecue, hamac et table de pique-nique. Grands restaurants, cafés, boutiques de surf, de divertissement et de la jetée à distance de marche. Tous les autres achats une trÚs courte distance en voiture. Deux chambres à coucher complÚtes; une avec un lit king size avec deux lits jumeaux. Salle de bains avec baignoire / douche.

Wonderful place!

Everything was wonderful!!! We had a great stay. Extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Super clean and cute. So close to a really lovely beach. Boogie boards were a lot of fun
also bikes but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Host very responsive. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

AMAZING!!!

I would definitely recommend this place! Clean, great neighborhood, a very short walk to the beach, you can even see it from the front yard! We had a amazing time and this place did not disappoint!

Great location

We were very comfortable in this lovely, clean & quaint beach house. The unit was well stocked with extra amenities . The property was so close to the beach with a quiet restaurant across the street. We look forward to returning in the future.

Second stay

This is our second summer staying here snd it won’t be our last! We love it! The house meets all of our needs and just steps to beach! And the beach is never crowded which is a super plus for us! Will definitely be back next summer!

Jacksonville Beach Vacation

There are so many good things to say about our stay. The house was roomy and comfortable with plenty of ways to relax and enjoy our vacation. The backyard hammock was very relaxing and I enjoyed having breakfast outdoors. The family enjoyed the bicycles and beach gear. The home owners were really great and worked to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again when we return to the area.

Perfection

My best friend and I had the most amazing stay here. It is the perfect location - very close to the beach. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The house is just beautiful and perfect for 2 friends who wanted a nice getaway. We also enjoyed the book selection for our beach reads! I will definitely be booking this in the future!

We throughly enjoyed staying at this place!! Literally steps to the beach, and directly across from a super nice restaurant! Close to everything you could possibly need! Short get away

I came along as my husband had to work at NAS so I booked this place because it was close to the beach and I could walk to restaurants and shops while he worked! Jennifer the host was awesome and the place was clean and lovely!

very beachy

great house with a good location- there is a public access to the beach across the street. the house itself is very comfortable with everything you need. the beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. i would definitely come back. my puppy dog loved it!

Wedding week

I rented this property for a week as a place to stay for my daughter's wedding. The owner was so friendly and helpful both before and during the stay! The photos of the cottage didn't do it justice. The space and furnishings were charming and of high quality. I hope to be able to stay there again.

Perfect lLocation

We could not have been more pleased with the home. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything. The beach was just across the street. The pictures online I don’t feel did it justice. My happy place was laying in the hammock in the back yard. I truly enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay

It was super clean and had all the comforts of home. It was steps from the beach and in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and ice cream places. The only thing I would recommend is maybe have more towels next time, so I’m not doing as much laundry. Also, maybe update an outlet to a usb outlet for those of us that forgot the charging block for out our devices, but otherwise this was an overall great place to stay.

Awesome Place

My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. We LOVE the character of the home, inside and outside.It is super clean and comfortable. Absoutely adorable.The host are great and have supplied everything you need for a pefect getaway. So close to the beach with super easy access.The location is perfect for bike rides and walking distance to shopping and eating. We didn't want to leave. Looking forward to many more future stays!!!

My husband and I have owned this property for 25 years and it was built by his great-grandparents in 1926. I am a retired high school teacher and my husband still works in the medical field full time. In the past we have rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartments to full time tenants but after some major renovations we decided to try our hand at renting out the lower unit short term as a vacation rental home and keeping the upper unit vacant for personal use. After almost two years on VRBO we can honestly say we've truly enjoyed the experience and have met some great people.

My husband's great-grandparents had the house built in the 1920's when Jacksonville Beach was known as Pablo Beach. He still has fond memories of summer vacations with aunts, uncles, cousins and Gramma at 'the Beachhouse' when he was growing up.

We live close by in Jacksonville and are available if we are needed. The views from the place are great and the distance to the beach can't be beat! Fun,Sun,Sand and Surf. What more can be said?
