About the Area:

This home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in North-East Mesa (bordering the neighborhood of Las Sendas) with a variety of restaurants and activities nearby. Just a short drive from Downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Tempe Marketplace, Chicago Cubs Spring Training, multiple golf courses, hiking trails, lakes, and restaurants. You can rest-assured there will be ample amount of things to do during your stay!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

3 private bedrooms thoughtfully laid out for comfort and privacy.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are conveniently located downstairs featuring king-size beds, luxury bedding, and smart TVs.

The Master suite is located upstairs and includes a king bed, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. You will also find access to a private balcony with impeccable views of the Phoenix Valley perfect for sipping morning coffee or relaxing by the firepit for a cozy evening.

Bathroom 1 located downstairs includes dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.

Additional half bathroom (no shower) conveniently located near the front entry, perfect for quick access.

Pack and Play and Air Mattress available if needed. Located in the bedroom closet downstairs.

Kitchen & Dining:

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen equipped with essential appliances and cookware for everyday cooking.

House Rules:

The home is allotted to sleep 6 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted unless given prior approval from the host. Please reach out directly if daytime visitors will exceed 4 people.

This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted.

Quiet Hours: To ensure we are being respectful to the neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No parties or events.

NO PETS.

Please no shoes while inside the house.

For safety reasons and due to property features, the home is not suitable for children under 14.

Early check-in and/or late checkout available upon request.

Booking is contingent upon signing an additional rental agreement via DocuSign.
