Check in to your very own private B and B by the Sea for the ideal combination of upscale new construction (completed in late 2025), desirable amenities (including a private pool), quiet neighborhood vibes and a convenient location in walking distance of dining, shopping, entertainment and, most importantly, the beach!

Bright and airy, shades of sea and sand create a peaceful hideaway. The living room offers plenty of seating for your entire family, with a pair of armchairs, an oversized sectional and even a power-reclining chair. A large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV is provided to stream your favorite shows and movies. The dining room table seats eight, with three additional barstools available at the adjacent breakfast bar.

The spacious kitchen is generously appointed, with stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink and an abundance of gleaming white counter space. There’s no need to strain your eyes as you julienne local fresh produce for dinner – high transom windows flood the space with natural light, and under-cabinet lighting provides support in the evenings. The laundry room is conveniently tucked away just off the kitchen, with a full-size washer and dryer provided for your use.

Each of the bedrooms in the home also offers a TV with streaming capabilities for personal entertainment, so there’s no need to fight over what to watch before bed. The master suite offers a king bed and a private attached bath with a step-in tile shower stall. A second suite provides a queen bed and a nearly identical attached private bathroom. The final bathroom is equipped with a standard shower/tub combo and shares hall access with the other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the last with two twin-over-double bunk beds.

The covered back porch is furnished with an outdoor loveseat and overlooks the private pool and fenced backyard. Under the home, a wrought iron picnic table allows you to dine al fresco while keeping an eye on little ones splashing nearby. If you’re visiting in the spring or fall, pool heating is optional by request for an additional fee.

Covered parking is available under the home, and the long driveaway offers plenty of space for additional vehicles. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water keeps the sand outside when you return from the beach, which is less than a five-minute walk from your front door! In fact, you’re within roughly a 10-minute walk from nearly everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, mini-golf and even the Middleton Park complex, where you’ll find a free splash pad (open seasonally) and accessible playground as well as outdoor concerts and craft shows scheduled throughout the year. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guests may request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
