Notre maison loin de chez vous peut ĂȘtre Ă  vous!

Belle maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain sur Oak Island, NC, à seulement quelques pas de la plage. La maison sur 2 niveaux comprend une salle familiale, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une salle à manger, une véranda avec moustiquaire, 2 BR et 2 salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée. 2e étage a 2 autres chambres, une salle de bain complÚte, une autre salle familiale et un beau porche couvert. Nous avons aussi une piscine!

Nous sommes sur la 3Úme rangée en arriÚre de la plage et à environ 2-3 minutes à pied d'un accÚs à la plage publique le 26.

La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes avec un lit king et un lit queen au niveau principal, et un lit queen, deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen au 2e niveau.

Les équipements comprennent laveuse / sécheuse, WiFi, télévision par cùble avec HBO et Cinemax, chaßne stéréo, barbecue à gaz, piscine.

Bien que la saison morte soit bloquĂ©e pour un usage personnel, nous envisagerions de louer la maison pendant cette pĂ©riode si nous n'allons pas y ĂȘtre. Nous essayons de nous y rendre aussi souvent que possible, et parfois nous ne le savons que quelques jours avant. Mais envoyez-nous un courriel si vous envisagez une escapade de derniĂšre minute Ă  la plage en automne, en hiver ou au printemps! La maison peut ĂȘtre disponible! Nous ne louerons pas trop longtemps Ă  l'avance, mais ça vaut le coup d'essayer!

This was the cleanest beach house we have ever stayed at which I really appreciated having a toddler. The house is beautiful and was perfect for my family. Easy walk to the beach and to the public kayak dock. We will be booking here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday! The house was lovely. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It is very cute, but comfortable. More homey and inviting than other rentals I have stayed in. The floor plan was wonderful for families with the room/bathroom ratio. It was also pretty good with sound buffers- if the kids were playing loudly, you could not hear it all through the house. Communication was excellent. We had everything we needed for a fun getaway. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay Again

This is our third year staying at this property . We love this house. The location is great. It’s on a quiet street. The walk to the beach is short. The master has a new walk in shower and new toilet. There is plenty of covered deck space. The pool is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked. The elevator is great to get your things to and from your car. It’s all good. We will be back.

Family Fourth

Another perfect Family Fourth in Oak Island at Janet & Carson’s. This is our sixth summer staying here. It is always so clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The pool is the favorite of all the grandchildren. It is well-maintained and has many comfortable pool chairs to enjoy! Most all of our meals are spent on the screened-in porch overlooking the pool. Thank you, Janet & Carson, for allowing us to stay at your home each year!

Family Trip 2024

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Our host was great and easy to work with. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was awesome and the closeness to the beach was so convenient and fun. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This was our second year staying at this property. Location of the home was perfect. First year we stayed and everything was perfect. This year when we arrived the pool wasn’t clean. The days they were suppose to clean the pool it wasn’t cleaned. The pool company came out at one time and said it wouldn’t backwash and then another time they came out and said it was 3 bags low on salt, and neither time was the pool fixed or taken care of. By day 6 there was algae growing in the pool.

Definitely a gem!

We were immediately impressed with how spacious and beautiful this home is. It is even roomier than it appears in pictures. It is clear that this is their home and is treated as such. Janet and Carson were very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. We are already planning our trip back next year and can’t wait to stay here again!

Another Great Stay

We had 6 adults and one toddler ( almost 3 years old). If you stay here you may want to bring a stair gate if you have smaller children. We used one last year but didn’t need it this year. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is perfect. The 3 full bathrooms are huge with plenty of space to put your things away. All the bedrooms are a good size. For me the beds were comfortable. They’re a little on the soft side but I slept well as did everyone else. The walk to the beach is a short one. The pool is fantastic. The outdoor shower has hot water. The elevator is a life saver. Communication with the owners is spot on. There is nothing negative about this house. We’re looking forward to next summer already.

Family Fourth

This was our fifth summer vacation spent at the Copeland House on Oak Island. Such a beautiful, spacious home equipped with everything we needed to make our fourth perfect. Well-stocked kitchen, swimming pool, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of room for our family. We are looking forward to next summer!

Wonderful home in ideal location!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this beautiful home. It easily accommodated our large family, it is well-equipped, has extensive amenities and the owners are so friendly and communicative. We did not want leave and hope to come back next summer!

Wonderful Family Vacation at Oak Island

Our family was very happy with our stay! Having the pool was a great bonus for our almost 2 year old grandson and the rest of us. It was a great location, close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking on the scenic trails near the marsh accessible from the neighborhood. We found the kitchen to be stocked well and some great places to eat close by. We spent our last night with dinner at the house, out for ice cream and a nice walk on Ocean Creat Pier. It was a beautiful house and I highly recommend.

Decor of home

wonderful experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Oak Island during February. Home Away From Home is very aptly named! It's a beautiful home and a close walk to the beach. It is also near a scenic walk with boardwalks and walking bridges over the marsh. That was a daily favorite. There is an elevator, which I found very helpful. It was quiet during February at Oak Island so very relaxing. Thank you.

We both have always wanted a house at the coast, and in 2014, were able to realize that dream. We built our home on beautiful Oak Island, NC. We are both from western North Carolina and still live there, but love to get to the coast as often as possible. Our mission was to build a HOME, not a rental house. We accomplished that mission. We are willing to share our home - when we are not there ourselves!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We were looking for property close to golf, great fishing, and walking distance to the beach. We settled on Oak Island after looking up and down the coast of North and South Carolina. Oak Island is a quiet, family oriented island. There are no high rises, and relatively little traffic compared to other nearby beaches! The beaches are wide and great for walks. Great restaurants are a short distance away on the island, and more great food and shopping in Southport - only 5 miles away!

We have built our second home to be as comfortable as our first one. The rooms are large, and the furnishings and accessories are upscale. You will find everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
