The upstairs apartment is perfectly located on the corner of First Street and Atlantic, right across from the public beach access for easy beach trips. Enjoy ocean views from the south side screened porch. The living room has a remote-controlled split AC unit, and all bedrooms are equipped with window units. The washer and dryer are located on the ground level. With a large lot there is plenty of space for boat parking.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a Queen, 2 Doubles, Double and Twin. There is one full bath.
GROUND LEVEL AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR ADDL CHARGE: (April - November - space heaters only) and additional Final Clean Charge. Contact management company directly after booking the main upstairs unit. This downstairs unit cannot be rented by anyone else during your stay and will be vacant if you do not rent it during your stay. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms has 1 Double and 2 Twins. There is one full bath and a living room with a full kitchen. Please note, space heaters only downstairs and it can ONLY be rented during April through November by guest renting the main upstairs unit.
