Cozy&Chic Beach Cottage - wineries, beach and perfect for all seasons

Our beach cottage is located right across the street from beautiful Cedar Beach in Southold, North Fork. Enjoy the gorgeous, calm waters of Shelter Island Bay at the beach and the stunning sunrise and sunset views from the beach and house.

Loft has a desk space and sunroom has plenty of room for Remote Working (wifi is provided!)

Each room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning for summer and heating for cooler days.

Detailed Description of our Beach Cottage:

Sunroom: Enjoy coffee and Sunrise views or local wine with Sunset views in our beautifully furnished and comfortable sunroom. Lounge on the daybed with a good book or magazine. Plenty of space for everyone in the house to lounge comfortably with drinks or a meal and enjoy the relaxed views.

Living Room: Bright and airy with Sky Lights and High Ceilings. Comfortable sofa and chairs for you to lounge on. Stocked bar cart w/ all the tools to make your preferred drinks or enjoy local wines and beers! Large brand new TV w/ wifi to relax an enjoy movie nights.

Kitchen: Fully stocked w/ new dishes, pots/pans, everything to make a feast with your finds from the local farms and shops. Brand New dishwasher, stove/oven, laundry machine and dryer are all available for your use. Kitchen also has a toaster oven and coffee pot. The Dining Table seat 4-6 comfortably and there are extra folding chairs in the main closet.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Large closet and dresser to unpack so you feel at home. The bedrooms have sheer curtains if you like to wake up to the sunrise and blackout shades if you want to roll them down to sleep in.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds w/ organic Keetsa Mattresses. Large closet and dresser to unpack so you feel at home. The bedrooms have sheer curtains if you like to wake up to the sunrise and blackout shades if you want to roll them down to sleep in.

Bathroom: 1 full bathroom in the house with a shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Loft: Bright and Airy with Sky Lights. Large comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is a large wicker box full of board games for you to play in the comfortable and cozy loft space. Planning on working from the North Fork? We have a desk sitting under the sky light that you can set up your work station for your stay, log into the wifi and be ready to take meetings anytime.

Yard: Outdoor shower for you to shower under the sun with hot and cold water! Walk right off the beach to the yard and take a relaxed shower in nature. Large 2 person hammock to lounge and nap under the trees. Brand new stylish patio table and chairs w/ large umbrella to comfortably seat 4-6ppl. BBQ to grill all of your farmers market finds :)

Guest Shed: The guest shed is an extra storage space for you to keep your bikes, tennis rackets, etc. It is yours for your stay and large enough to house anything extra you want to bring along.

Enjoy the whole house and yard for your stay! It is a very relaxed and peaceful neighborhood. Some neighbors are
seasonal, some are locals throughout the year.

Absolutely no animals, under no circumstances. We have severe allergies and cannot take the risk sadly.

Other things to note
All of the North Fork's beautiful amenities- beaches, wineries, parks, farms, farmers markets, shopping, restaurants are just minutes away! We are in wine country with some of our favorite wineries nearby- Macari, Pellegrini, Pindar, Bendall, etc.


Beautiful Southold town is just a few miles away to do any antique shopping or go to local restaurants. Many farms for berry picking, wineries for berry drinking! and plenty of farmers markets to get all of the North Fork's seasonal bounties only minutes away.

Greenport is a 12 minute car ride to enjoy some extra shopping, restaurants and bars!

Shelter Island Ferry from Greenport is only 12 minutes away to enjoy an easy ferry ride to Shelter Island for a day trip.
