Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s communication. The property was pleasant and the host was responsive when I shared feedback after our stay. The main issue for us was that the mattress was quite uncomfortable, and the towels were fairly worn. The bedding was also a bit sparse, but after the fact the host pointed out there are extra blankets in the closet. The host was receptive to the feedback and said he plans to address the mattress comfort and towels, which I appreciated. With those improvements, the stay would be much more comfortable.

Emmanuel was an amazing host! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with navigating the area. Property was clean, roomy and appeared as advertised. Nice quiet area for a short term or long term vacation. Will certainly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay with the Constantines! They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful, left us lovely cookies and showed us around the local area. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and the location was amazing - we walked to the beach every day and popped to local wineries and farms. Can't wait to come back!

Cozy apartment exactly as pictured with beautiful outdoor space. House is in very quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Manny is a wonderful host that clearly enjoys his community and hosting guests.

Very enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in Mattituck. The unit is very comfortable, clean, and given the extreme heat of this week we were all very thankful for the great air conditioning. The location of the unit is also fantastic.

The apartment was lovely. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Manny & Amal are excellent hosts and provided lots of incidentals to make us feel at home. The landscaping is beautiful and so calming and peaceful as well. The local beach and sunsets were great! Lots to do in the area with wineries, breweries, parks, and restaurants. We will definitely return in the future.

Pleasant stay

Everything was great! Manny and Amal are wonderful hosts. Very clean, beach, short walk or drive with beautiful sunsets and close to all the places we came to visit. Mattituck has quaint little main village type downtown, worth visiting, very good food, and friendly people.

Convenient, quiet, and comfortable

Manny and Amahl were absolutely fantastic hosts: knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The property is centrally located - just a short drive into town - and the beach is an easy walk. It was perfect for us and our 5-year-old.

Great stay!

Manny was very friendly and welcoming. He met us in the driveway and took us on a tour of the apartment and went over FAQ. There was a bottle of local wine waiting for us as well. The location was perfect and very close to beach. Would stay again.

Great hosts in North Fork

We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time.

Wonderful Place

We had a terrific time and the location was terrific! This property is extremely clean and comfortable and the owners are friendly, hospitable and great resources about the neighborhood. It is walking distance to a magnificent beach and short drive to many wonderful spots on the North Fork. Amal and Manny are terrific hosts!

My grandfather came to Mattituck in the early 1950's to retire. As a child I have fond memories of spending summers here, fishing with my grandfather, going to the beach and playing ball with my summer friends. Each year we would reacquaint and to this day many of us are still coming out in the summer. In 2007 I retired with my wife and began the process of building this home as my year round residence.
