Pool heating is available for $71 per day. Heating must be added for the entire duration of your stay—partial heating is not available due to the cost of initially heating the water. Please request heating at least 2 days prior to arrival.


🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a one-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

The only thing I would improve would be the curtains, since when the light came up it would wake my son up and it was hard to go back to sleep with so much light.

My family group of 12 consisted of 2 seniors, 5 adults, 2 teens and 3 children. We loved the house having baths with each room, the kitchen and the location. We enjoyed having 3 sitting areas so we could relax without being crowded. Everyone enjoyed the pool. We used the grill and the golf cart. The lock quit working and someone arrived as soon as I texted the management. I would not hesitate to book this again if we needed this much space.

Excellent stay in Miramar Beach

Awesome new home in Miramar Beach. We planned a last-minute Winter getaway and found this home. The house is very well appointed with nice furnishings and everything you may need in the kitchen. Appliances were very nice including 2 dishwashers, icemaker and gas range for cooking. All bedrooms had substantial TV's, probably 50-55". The rec areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors had larger TV's and the living area was probably close to 75". Each bedroom had its own walk-in shower except the bunkroom which had a tub/shower. Really cool tile floors in the bathrooms. Nice decks on the 2nd floor with one overlooking the pool. We also used the gas grill on the patio. Worked great. Golf carts were a plus for the short drive to Pompano Joes. Overall, very nice home and we will be back again.
