Blue Pearl is a BRAND NEW 9 bedroom/8.5 bath compound completed in March 2024! This luxury home is one of Miramar Beach's largest: perfectly designed for large groups, sitting only 2 blocks off the sugar white beaches of the famed Emerald Coast! Featuring 3 stories, Blue Pearl sprawls with 5,000 square feet of exceptional living space, tons of family entertainment features, and a 30x15 heated pool with a 8x5 cascading waterfall hot tub! Enough parking for 6 cars!

Additional Details:

Pool Heating: available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive.
Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen to get you started on your trip.

Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs/toys/umbrellas/coolers), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do offer a cancellation policy for our guests based on the booking platform, as follows:

-Cancellation Policy for VRBO: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 65 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 65 days of the check in date.
-Cancellation Policy for AirBnB: Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee (AirBnB will not refund this). If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

*Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

*Your reservation comes with $750 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay

We respect your privacy as our tenants; however, we will be ready to assist with any needs, questions, or recommendations on dining, activities, etc. The Blue Pearl is located within the Shades of Blue community, just 2 short blocks from the world's most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast! We are a very short walk to the famous Pompano Joe's Restaurant and beach access!
The Blue Pearl's expansive property and its amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.


The Blue Pearl boasts a whopping EIGHT king master suites, all with private ensuite bathrooms! Two of the eight king suites offer our expansive "family suite" layout, that each includes: 1 king bed, a bunk area containing 2 sets of bunk beds (can sleep up to 5 kids!), and a private ensuite bathroom. In addition to the eight king suites, we also have a themed kids bunk room that will sleep an additional 3 kids.

With so much space throughout the Blue Pearl, your group won't have to look far to find a place to relax in one of two living rooms or several other lounging spots throughout the home. Grab a snack in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, play some games in the rec area, or need to cool off with a chilled drink? Blue Pearl offers a standalone ice maker within the bar on the first floor and has strategically placed mini fridge for your convenience! The saltwater heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and outdoor seating that's perfect for dining under the stars or as a backdrop for a beautiful family photos. There is great mix of seating /lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group plus an outdoor TV. We also offer high speed Wi-Fi and smart TV's in every room! Never miss a play of the big game and catch up on that series!

As you enter the front door, the Blue Pearl mesmerizes with its the one-of-a-kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Beautiful stone counter tops and porcelain oversized tiles are used throughout the kitchen, living spaces, and in every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 4k smart tv in both living rooms or one of the additional smart TV's throughout the home. Each bedroom has it's own TV!

After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out through the back door to relax and swim in the oversized heated saltwater pool featuring fiberoptic lighting with various color modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub that offers a serene ambiance with the constant sound of soft, flowing water.

The Blue Pearl will have six (6) dedicated parking spaces, therefore please be cognizant of this when planning your trip and number of cars in your party. Your home will also have a complimentary six-passenger golf cart that makes traveling to and from the beach, grocery, and even restaurants very convenient! One thing's for certain, the cart will quickly become your favorite way to get around during your vacation!!
