A few days before our trip we were informed that the property we had chosen was not available We worked with the Big Bear Destination staff to find a.ither place. We were very happy with the accommodation that we received..Retreat at Big Bear Mountain was lovely Very clean, extremely close to the zoo, golf course and coffee shops. Easy to get to the VillageWould stay there again.

This property was a great home away from home. Our dogs even enjoyed it so much. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The living room was cozy and a close drive to the lake and to the village. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and had plenty of places to hang out and enjoy the nice weather outside. The communication with the property owners was great. I would definitely recommend this property in big bear.

Beautiful cabin and property. Very clean, and the game room was a huge plus! Plenty of seating in the living room. Rooms were clean. The bunkbed was great for kids. There was no cupboard or pantry to put groceries in the kitchen. Had to keep food on the kitchen counter. The ice machine was disconnected, so we had to buy ice. It was in a nice quiet location away from busy streets, but a short drive to town. I would definitely stay there again. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get the check in code until I actually arrived on the property. It was easy to communicate with the property management.
