Capacity: Max 8 adults (total 15 guests including children).

Parking: Two-car driveway + additional guest spots.

The maximum occupancy is 15 guets total; however, reservations are limited to no more than 8 adults.

Pool/spa heating is $65 per day and must be for the entire reservation. The grill is $150 for use and includes a tank of propane.
