Delightful 2-bedroom condo great heated pool next to beach in Seaside July 5-12

The living room includes a murphy bed, perfect for extra guests or a quiet retreat. Two bathrooms make mornings easy, and thoughtful touches like heating keep the space comfortable year-round. The amazing pool is heated year round and relaxing during the morning, day, and night. After a day out at the beach, town, or an adventure the 2 huge hot tubs will relax all your soreness away.

The Condo is separated by a walkway and the beach is literally at your fingertips. The convenience of being next to the beach and the easy stroll to all the entertainment in town is a bonus for everyone.

The Condo has all the amenities you need. A fireplace, a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full utensils and kitchenware. Paper towels, toilet paper, washer detergent,dishwasher soap are all complimentary and can be replenished during your stay.

This is part of a timeshare and you will be asked at check in to attend a presentation. I suggest not attending and you have no obligation to do so.

The person on the rental must be the person checking in at the front desk. A deposit will be held on your credit card and then released after your checkout.

Checkin is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. You can call on the dayvof arrival and see if your room is ready earlier. If it is you can check in earlier, if not they will call you and let you know when it is ready.

The only thing required on the last day is to load the dishwasher and run it. Also, to take the garbage out to the garbage storage located on your floor.
