A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.
Other Things to Note:
The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.
Sand & Sea is a non-smoking property
Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Damage waiver fee included in the reservation cost
Up to two dogs welcome with additional $100 pet fee (No cats allowed)
Seamless check-in with responsive host service and friendly front desk staff
Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.
