House Rules and Important Notes
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
• No Smoking: Strictly enforced inside and outside the property; any evidence of smoking will result in a 500 dollar fine plus cleaning expenses.
• Pet Policy: Welcoming to well-behaved pets (limited to 2 dogs, 50 lbs max each, with a 100 dollar fee; breed restrictions may apply); please clean up after them and keep them off furniture.
• Security Features: For your safety, we have 2 exterior cameras (Ring doorbell at the front entrance and motion sensor light above the garage door). No indoor cameras. Backdoor alarm on door leading to the backyard to alert access to the pool area. DO NOT turn off the door alarm.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in for flexibility; standard times are 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out.
• Damage Waiver: Rest easy with 1,500 dollars coverage through Waivo (terms apply).
• Additional Rules: No parties or events; maximum occupancy 8 guests. Enhanced cleaning protocols ensure a spotless arrival. Trash pickup is Thursday; place the trash bin at the street side the night before.
