Just minutes from sugar-white sand beaches, Eastern Lake, and Point Washington State Park, this home places you close to paddleboarding, scenic nature trails, boutique shopping, and some of 30Aâs most loved dining spots, while still offering a peaceful place to unwind.
Inside, the home is light-filled and thoughtfully curated with relaxed coastal finishes and elevated details throughout. The main living space is located on the second floor, creating an airy, open feel thatâs perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. A Smart TV, built-in credenza with beverage fridge, and comfortable seating make this space both functional and inviting.
The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and a breakfast bar that seats six. Whether youâre enjoying slow mornings or hosting a casual dinner, the space flows seamlessly to the covered balcony, where cushioned seating and an outdoor dining table overlook the community pool below.

Parking is provided for two standard vehicles in the driveway. RVs, trailers, and street parking are not permitted. Overflow parking is available at the storage facility behind the community with a permit obtained from their office. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be towed.

âą Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. Children under two count toward occupancy.
âą Trash pickup is Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Trash cans must be returned promptly to avoid fines.
Beaches:
Blakeside offers several great beach access options nearby. For an easy walk or bike ride, we typically use the Ramsgate Beach Access, located just across the street, about a 10 to 15 minute walk or a quick 5 minute bike ride. This is the most convenient option for guests heading out with chairs, umbrellas, or kids.
Another favorite is Eastern Lake, a beautiful and more natural access point. Depending on water levels, families may need to wade through a shallow section of the lake before reaching the Gulf, which can be a bit challenging with lots of beach gear but is well worth it for the scenery.
If you prefer to drive or use a golf cart, there is also a public beach access directly across from Prema Organic Cafe, offering another easy option to get your toes in the sand.
Multiple access points mean you can choose what fits your day best, whether thatâs a quick walk, a scenic lake crossing, or an easy drive.
